Easy if you have an indoor braai setup with a chimney.
Here you can see a grill, a bed for the coals and a wood fire box that can burn and as the coals become small enough they fall out the bottom and you drag them across.
In South African homes (where people have the money) this room generally is an entertainment room. Chairs, a bar, a music system, an extra fridge for drinks and meat, a dartboard sometimes, for big ones all sorts of things. Usually connected to the outside garden area where the kids go play or the pool if you have one.

I do not have an indoor braai. I just braai outside.
I live in Cape Town, which has winter rains. Some parts of the Country has Summer rains.

It's a fairly large country. Plenty to see and do. I have not even been to all the provinces myself.
I can imagine, I haven’t even seen the whole of Belgium yet, and it is about the size of some big cities 😂
