RE: Just turn on the Printer

It's going to be challenging to fix relationship with other countries. I am sure the tariff has done quite damage in those that got heavily impacted. In indonesia, it's almost like a prelude to another financial crisis that could be worse than what we used to have back in 1998. With internal instability and military gaining more power around us and now, that tariff is like the cherry on top. With that news of tariff our local currency is weaking and that isn't a great sign.

I get the reasoning behind the tariff but the economy is too global and pulling it inwards may not be the whole answer to make america great again.

Sort:

The very idea that we can build economic walls and put the "globalists agenda" back into a box, is so dumb.

There's not enough time to rework supply chains. I'm frustrated to no end.

If I can think of what is the only reasonable thing to do right now. It's to learn to work the land. Sounds crazy, but it really is not.

Working the land is definitely the way to go. My friend and I have started talking about it too. We'll have to learn some stuff or at least have some control over it. Some even asked me where to put money offshore rather than in the country since essentially, trusting the government and their aids are a bad move. Cold wallet btc and others might be a way out for some of us too.

Interesting times honestly,
