I am currently going through a coaching programme with Robert Holden where we figure out our vision for success in our business and life.
Part of the programme focuses on entrepreneurship and what being an entrepreneur actually means. I really like the list of entrepreneurial symptoms Robert made, which I'd like to share with you as well. In case you weren't sure, maybe it helps you find out that you're an entrepreneur, too :)
The Entrepreneurial Spirit
- An entrepreneur knows that the world is made up not of particles, but of possibility.
- An entrepreneur sees that the world is an effect, and we are the cause.
- An entrepreneur realizes that you have to be what you want in order to get what you want.
- An entrepreneur doesn’t get caught up in the search for happiness; they follow their joy.
- An entrepreneur doesn’t have a job; they have a purpose.
- An entrepreneur doesn’t wait for life to happen; they begin.
- An entrepreneur has a basic trust that all honest endeavours receive a grant of unconditional universal support.
- An entrepreneur rides the creative waves of the cosmos and sometimes they fall off, but they always get back on again.
- An entrepreneur prays for help every step of the way.
- An entrepreneur participates wholeheartedly in the miracle of creation and this is what helps them to grow.
So, what do you think? Are you an entrepreneur?
Which item on the list resonates most with you?
