Damn now if this was a real world usecase for a blockchain, this is it! No way they can 'lose' records of things if it's recorded immutably. I honestly think this is why the technology hasn't skyrocketed in mainstream uses yet. The companies and legal system are still trying to figure out what they need to do in order to skirt around some of this stuff lol they make a lot of money by 'losing' things or it being 'destroyed' in some manner. Not so with blockchain! hehe
