Goal

My goal is to become the tool people use to tokenize their luxury real estate, they just happen to live in, and possibly intend to leave to their heirs. By using tokeniziation of a real world asset, real estate, to get at the equity, without selling, or taking out a mortagage with a mortgage payment.

Find the deals; my hook will be unlocking equity in your home, without a mortgage and thus without a mortgage payment.
Many boomers and other people are house rich and cash poor.
they have a plan to leave their kids life insurance proceeds and a house, a family home usually, and possibly some other rental real estate, when they die.
But the problem is their children need the money now.

Look at the world, wages and the cost of living are out of whack, so it would be nice if you could borrow against the equity in your house in pay it back later, 5, 10, 15 or more years.
Tokenization allows you to sell a portion of your home, to people, who become your partners, and they share in the appreciation. So when the home is sold they make money.
Real estate is very valuable, but not very liquid, meaning it's hard to spend real estate and hard to get loans, compared to other liquid assets.
Even if you don't have kids to give money too, you might want to take money out for you to live better during your golden years, but your don't want a mortage and you don't want to be homeless.
This is sort of a real estate shared appreciation loan, without the monthly payments.
Other things like shared tax deductions can be explored and negotiated, as this is a contract...

with Blackrocks tokenization of US treasury bills being the most public example, but others exist, homes, hotels, resort renovations, ...the sky is the limit.
