Well this is a difficult choice tbh... Is there a cap on the maximum of Celsius that will ever be created?

Celsius is like BNB. If you hodl them you get better rate in celsius.
You can choose to get rate in you hodlings in celsius so it can not be any higher limits how much tokens you can get. But really - I do not know so much about it.
I know that if I hold some - I get better rates. As in many other similar places.
