Many times the stress of everyday life is not easy, especially when we focus on a single thing, I'm not saying that the focus is bad but it doesn't hurt to detach ourselves for a while, distract ourselves a little, I often do it when things don't work for me. They are giving the way I want them, I go out for a drink, as they say here, some social drinks, in the company of friends, and then return, with more energy and with another perspective.

Focus is great but it's near impossible to stay strongly focused for lengthy periods which is why a little detail hment now and then works so well. A social drink is a good way to do it and there's others besides.
That's right friend, the important thing is to return again with recharged energies.
