I think social media has brought in enough awareness about health and fitness these days. But the rats race we run makes it difficult to develop good habits. Here is why I say it.
I like to swim everyday. But I cant dedicate more than 20 minutes per day for it. Reaching the pool 10 minutes early reduces my sleep and 10 minutes more in the pool increases the traffic on the roads and delays me by 20 minutes in total. So keeping up with this habit is a tough job.
Social media also preaches simple life with limited money, but it's easier said than done.
