Hi friends from the Reflections community! I've been craving to share again my thoughts with you. This has been a crazy week, so there's a lot to talk about. I'm not going to make this post like the previous ones. I don't want putting up subtitles and thepn developing my ideas. This time I want every sentence to flow after the other one.
I've been able to see work from different perspectives this week, and I got to a point where I realized that it all depends on the pepole working on the team and their priorities. It's funny and sad at the same time, how people that might not have too much preparation on determined areas might show up with better results that the ones that are easily capable of it. In my case, being on the second kind of teams, is a daily struggle, because I feel like I'm giving too much when others are barely putting effort into it. I just think it wouldn't be too hard if we all work the same, but for the others it actually cares too little. I hope this situation change soon.
History is other thing I'm learning to appreciate. Only through history we can get to understand why things are the way they are now. Sometimes it might turn out a little twisted and scary because all the things we can get to find there, but it's also amazing when we can relate to our traditional roots.
Other helpful thing has been having a clear perspective of what's happening around me. Knowing the good and bad things of the places I'm going through is crucial in moments where I need to stand for myself. It's always better to stay careful than giving a full trust on things that might not deserve it.
This has also been a week of coming back to places I've left and discovering new ones. New experiences are awaiting everywhere and sometimes we've left behind things that still have a lot to discover. The world around us is huge, and understanding this means a constant lesson.
Now I feel like I haven't said anything clear, but I just hace said what I needed to express. Let's see each other next week to share more reflections π.
