We are going too fast

Hello dear friends, I hope that at this moment that you are reading you are feeling very well and without any complications that allow you to finish reading.

I am currently doing several things at the same time and I consider that the day is not enough to do everything I had planned to do, and yes, whenever 7:00 pm comes that I feel the desire to free myself writing, I always have something to do (answer messages, congratulate someone who has a birthday, prepare food, in short).

It has happened to me many times that I postpone and postpone things that I could not do today for the next day and it is because I have not had enough time, I spend all day from one place to another, without stopping. Sometimes I sit on the couch and wonder when will I get quiet, I want some silence! And it's not that I make a lot of noise at home, the noise that stuns me is the noise of the mind.

I feel like I'm going so fast, so fast that when night falls I feel like I'm going to explode into hundreds of little pieces. And who hasn't had it happen to them that they want to get somewhere fast and the car breaks down, immediately our brain is activated, our blood starts to run much faster, our body itches, we want to send a message to announce that we will be late and there is no signal...tum tum tam tam. We enter a crisis that only took us a few seconds to acquire.

All this should lead us to a very important reflection and that is to prioritize, breathe and move forward. It is not that we are going to throw everything in the trash and the world will fall NO, we must learn again to be patient and that things around us have their rhythm.

Living in a hurry does not leave us with anything good, only tiredness. Society encourages us not to waste time, but the secret of it all is not to go a thousand miles an hour, but to go at a pace that we can also enjoy life.

Think about ourselves first and make it clear that not everything in life is work. And there is nothing more consuming of our valuable time than cell phones, if we have a business, let's not dedicate all our time to it, it is necessary that we make pauses so that we can dedicate our minutes to ourselves. In this regard I have a recent anecdote that I would like to share.

Eddy and Alfredo, a very nice married couple in the family. Eddy had a business at home and Alfredo worked for a prestigious company. Alfredo was given two hours at noon for lunch and went home every day to sit with his wife for lunch, but when Eddy sat at the table, customers arrived and he had to leave Alfredo and the table served to attend to his business. It was several years in that routine and with the arrival of Covid 19, Alfredo died. Today Eddy sits at lunchtime missing the presence of her husband Alfredo and regrets not having given more importance to those moments that life gave her by giving priority to her business.
This leaves us with a great reflection: we make the change in our life routine ourselves, so that later we don't have to do the same as Eddy, who regrets the time lost. I hope we can make better use of our time and not go so fast.

See you soon. Best regards.
