Wishing you all a happy, successful and prosperity life ahead, welcome back to my blog, as in India festive season is going on, Navratri is to an ends, navratri means Nine nights which are dedicated to the Divine Mother or Shakti, Navratri is one of the longest celebrated indian festival. It is celebrated overall the indian but in different traditions and customs that's why India is knows for it's unity in diversity, which means fusion of cultures, religions, and languages of the people belonging to different castes and communities. Every festival brings an enthusiasm and happiness in the family, we were follow all the rituals and traditional of festival in our way, we are so busy in our life, especially during the festive seasons, we didn't get time to tell our children why we celebrating the festivals and importance and significance of festival. School do their best to teach the childrens about each and every festivals, just by doing the festival celebration in school, so during the navratri, in my nephew school, activity given to some students to dressup like god,so it will easy for them to teach why festivals are been celebrated by performing drama in school.

He is my nephew, his teacher given him the task to become sitaji as he is having long hairs 😜 when my sister making him dressup for school activities like the sita he continuing asking questions to her who was sitaji, mumma, why i given the role of sitaji. This is the best way to teach them about our festival.

I think, teaching mythology like this to kids is the best way. Mythology is an important part of our lives. We have all listen god's stories from our parents during our childhood days. These powerful stories of our god not only to entertain us, but also teach us a lot about our culture and traditions. More importantly, they teach valuable lessons of life like always being honest, doing the right thing and standing up for family. In the modern era, teaching about god, make them believe in god is mandatory in Today's life, parenting and better upbringing is necessary for their happy life

Which character do you like the most?

thankyou 🇮🇳🙏🏻

So true, fancy dress competitions are a nice way to teach our children, because their excitement to know about the characters helps them to learn our ancient history in a very beautiful way.

And btw I liked the father son duo 😄

Wow! Cute sitaji 😍
Mahadev also looking mast :-)

He looks cute in Sita ji's costume.

There are so many inspirational figures in our culture, one of my personal favorites is Adi Shankaracharya who in the 8th century just rejuvenated the Hindu Dharma, set up some of the best schools of Vedic learning, crisscrossed the entire subcontinent, a prominent Vedic scholar who wrote so many books and so on.
