I happened to read your article. I'm a man from Europe. In my country, the average life expectancy is about 78 years. Life expectancy is certainly due to genes, lifelong habits and also the environment in the broadest sense. Stress levels etc. Just don't know how important what is.

Do you know how long your grandparents lived? What kind of health, psychological problems did they have? Do you know your family tree further back in time?

But 80 years is a respectable age in all countries of the world.

Yes, 80 years sounds reasonable, but the point is if one is living beyond, then they should consider that as a blessings and do the needful to live a better life.
