A kind reminder of this day... and almost the end of the year!...

Peace of mind does not come with the perfect world, but with the strength to face any storm without getting lost in it.

When you let go of what you can't control, you give yourself the greatest gift: your peace of mind. Not everything deserves an answer or a thought.

Sometimes, the healthiest thing is to just let it go, since everything bad or good we sow before we harvest it.

I have had to see people who have lost everything and I can usually predict who will emerge again and who will not.

The ones who emerge are the ones who learn about their mistakes. Those who use their failure to succeed. Those who understand that a lot of what happened has to do with the way they make decisions.

Those who are able to seek help. Even those who go to therapy looking for magical solutions should check themselves on what they are not so easily able to see in themselves.

Those who don't, are usually left feeling sorry for themselves, blaming bad luck, and thinking that nothing is their responsibility.

In fact, they go to therapy almost forced or because their loved ones asked them to.

That's the reality.

Conclusion? Rise or fall in circumstances, everything comes by cause and effect...

You can lose everything, as long as you don't lose the lesson, which life tries to teach us.
For example, I recently read a report, where several millionaires were surveyed, I think the statistical average was more than 100 respondents, and everyone agreed that even if it was one (1) bankruptcy they were going to cost and one (1) hit the bottom, where they were ruined, broke, that the business died out and everyone agreed that at least once and several other times, it has happened to them.

The moral of this survey is that: those who do not learn from their mistakes are doomed to repeat them.

This that I write about my peace of mind I have learned on the verge of losing almost everything even my life when I had breast cancer a few years ago. The key to getting up after losing almost everything is in the attitude with which you face adversity, and that's what I did. I chose to learn from my mistakes, take responsibility for my decisions and seek help to grow, heal and move forward. This is how it resurfaces with more strength.

Why?

Because the real loss is not material, it is ignoring the lesson that life tries to teach us.

Conclusion: We can lose everything, except the opportunity to learn and transform ourselves. And on this path I have learned to have confidence, to push myself to be better, to learn more and to always give the best of myself.

Sometimes life screams “let it go" at you while you're still holding on. Let go; what is yours needs no chains.

A big hug for everyone!
