I had a believing friend(+) who in turn had a friend who called herself an "atheist" and who traveled a lot around the world at that time, on one of her trips she says to my believing friend: "Pray for me that I am going to travel, so that I will come and go with good.
My believer friend, after praying for her, tells her: If you are an atheist, how do you want me to pray for you and for you to do well.
Her answer was: I KNOW THAT THERE IS A STRONGER AND MORE POWERFUL ENERGY THAN ME. My friend replied to her:
That energy is the need for an idealized parent.
And speaking of "the idealized father", years ago I read a story, and it said something like this, to summarize a little: "Once a man was on an island, alone, lost, and he started to pray, and said "I can't die here alone, help me, give me a sign, I want to see you, come down next to me and help me", years passed like this, and on three different occasions, fishermen passed by with their boats, and offered him help and the man told the three of them no, that he was going to wait for God's arrival to help him, that he had "Faith'! Years passed, and the man died on the island, and when he 'went to heaven', he asks God: why did you abandon me on that island, if I had faith in you, would you come down to help me? And He said to him, 'But, if I helped you, I sent those three (3) fishermen to rescue you, and you refused.'
The moral is simple ...
"You can't expect the one you believe in to solve your problems all the time, you must see all the options, not blind yourself with the Faith, the tools and your skills you want are You must learn to use it!.
Since I read it, I understood that faith and any belief without balance drives anyone crazy!
Look, we all have the right to exercise the faith we want, to base our beliefs on any choice we make within our cultural burden, but no one has the right to judge others through their faith, if those others do not profess it. Do you see the difference?
The problem is when we fall into fanaticism and start looking over our shoulder at others, “in the name of our belief".
I also remember that a few years ago I was skeptical, agnostic, atheist, unbeliever, and I stop counting, after many situations I changed my views and became more flexible.
Maybe life itself told me "it's up to you to change, that's life, there's no script".
Consequently, I am congruent, living life from that possibility of exploring and changing. This reminds me that even in the most chaotic minds, there is a space for depth and serenity.
Ahhh...! But what strengthens me is to live in action and my faith, which always go hand in hand, that of waiting for coffee to rain in the field, without plowing, sowing and caring for the coffee plantations does not give results.
Faith plus motivation brings results and without execution it does not give results, for example, If I want to have money, and I did not act to look for it, and I go out to (work) it does not arrive.
Therefore, I do whatever it takes to find that space inside me, where I can breathe and find calm in the midst of chaos. In all of this seems to me, "congruence" is fundamental. Has it worked for you to apply it to your life?

It is always advisable to: close your eyes, breathe deeply and reflect before acting with an inappropriate response.
That's how calm is, peace is something we create and do before we act, thanks for your comment.
I wish you to have a nice day.
