Does that sound familiar?

Not everything that breaks needs to be repaired.

We all have bad days, but if your problems are affecting those you love the most, it's time to get help. It's always good to find a safe space to heal and grow. Don't wait any longer to feel good about yourself and others.

There are things that, when they break down, open up spaces for something new, that allow you to look at life from another angle, with a different perspective. And it is here, where we learn to value what remains, what really matters, and to let go of everything that no longer adds up.

Lesson learned...

Don't try to hold on to what has already been; sometimes the true act of self-love is to accept, let go and move on without trying to seek or understand everything that happens. Because if we look for answers to all our questions, we get them.

Doing what you want, within a framework of respect for yourself and others, is the true sign of maturity. That's where you find control over your life.

Asking yourself why you do something makes sense, but the essential thing is to know if it really makes you happy. If the answer is yes, move on; if it's no, it's time to make a change.

Of course, this depends a lot on the context of things, sometimes we do things that don't make us happy, for example: paying the rent 🤣🤣🤣

During my healing process I learned that honesty wouldn't ruin anything real. Talking about my feelings won't make me lose anything worthwhile. Setting boundaries won't scare away the right people.

And the authenticity of being myself will not cost me to have genuine relationships.

I always remember this every time I feel bad because someone moves away because "I" set limits, for respecting me, for sharing my feelings and for not tolerating things that I should not endure.

If you ask me what do I want in this life?

I would tell them that peace. That peace that you feel when you do things from the heart, when you look around and know that you chose well.

I don't want big things, just sincere moments with the right people. The material comes and goes, but what we leave in others, that stays forever.

That's why you have to learn to do everything with love, because in the end, that's the only thing that really matters.

Undoubtedly, hope is the encouragement of those who think big. I think big ☺️. I believe that love can change any situation, even illness, or death.

This is my invitation to you. Doesn't it happen that sometimes time is on pause and one wants to go at top speed?
