I don't believe in ideals because…

It reminds me that everything is dyed with the color of our attitude. Everything has a positive side and a negative side. Everything has a side of light and darkness. And also a real point, a point of balance, and a neutral point... because chiaroscuro exists on a daily basis.

And I think it happens a lot to human beings with everything in life, we miss what we no longer have. We get used to what we see and have, and we already want other things, because (we get bored). And it is that when we are at the extremes of the positive or the negative, past and future, we end up with our purpose in today.

It is better to align thinking, discernment, feeling, and action. I say Ora et Labora, the maxim of the Benedictine Order of St. Benedict of Nuria. When there is a lot of wind around, we should not get carried away by it, but resist and take our own steps consistently and coherence.

It leads me to think a lot about ethics.

I tend to distrust the one who shows himself an intellectual sage (ideal) who mounts on a pedestal to manipulate situations for his own benefit, who does not show his lights and shadows.

For a long time, I have believed in the processes of change, analysis, reflection, personal work, growth, of observation, in the real human being and that he shows himself like this, that he integrates, that he works.

That he lives what it is to love, to create, that he heals his wounds, that he hurts not on purpose or out of revenge, but out of clumsiness or lack of conscience, asks for forgiveness, repairs, is compassionate, works, in that human being if I trust because he shows himself honest, coherent... and not as an ideal.

What would be the perfect point? In my opinion, the naturalness of being.

What we sometimes perceive through our senses and by our learnings and makes us see something as negative, and negativity is nothing but fear. And it's natural to feel fear of failure, of scarcity, of losing, of making mistakes, of being discriminated against with the respective 3 fingers of your hand pointing at you, when with the index you do it to others.

It is also true that an excessive positivism will make us irresponsible, it will make us make decisions based on an unrealistic vision. Which may or may not be accurate. On the other hand, neutrality will allow us to be as realistic as possible, to understand that nothing is perfect, but there are always better choices than others, then we will not be paralyzed by fear, but neither will we launch into adventures without a previous analysis.

If we think before acting with conscience and optimism, after having made a decision under neutrality and without the filter of our perceptions, of those moments when you feel calm and happy about what is coming, it is almost always to hope for the best.

In fact, in our daily life, inconsistency is often noticed when we say what we don't feel, or simply don't do something because of the irrational fear of being criticized, judged, singled out, or of failure, or when negative thoughts exceed the past and are not aligned with the present here and now.

I have learned that it is better to be prepared to understand that nothing is written and that everything can change at any time and many things about the attitude who plays his own mental game, and is not always right, is a cheater, for example, physical pain stuns, exhausts, and impacts our mood, and on the other hand without the basic needs covered it is very difficult to think about something else.

Today is throwback Thursday... TBT... What's your plan?

Whichever plan is chosen, the important thing is that you enjoy it. Be it with friends, family, working, partying, watching TV, resting... But be happy, since existence itself brings its difficulties, do not make it more difficult.

I continue to live this Thursday of “TBT” in my style, with faith in myself, being coherent, without losing the north that gives me hope, and so I feel happy because I trust in the Great Architect of the Universe, with Him, I will always go the right way, the one that will finally lead me to a safe harbor.

Here I share this cover image that does not require coloring to show who I really am. This is how we are, the authentic lady, without much production, genuine, simple, without poses is also human and sensitive. There is only one life (at least the one I know).

Living an ideal life has been a normal thing among people these days and they become opposed to change because their ideal influencer or ideal life will always be threatened whenever they see an opputinity to grow, change and evolve to a better person.

I'm some it creates fear and anxieties because we want to live an ideal life, a perfect life and a life full of certainties whereas no such thing exist and because it doesnt exist we like to think it does thereby living in an illusion of an ideal life or like some would like to put it - living the dream(whatever that is).

To me I like to live life of uncertainty and being certain that whatever I do at a point in time is the best possible choice I could have made at that moment even tho I can see a better one now I don't have to live in the past and overthinking everything like life won't present itself in another way different from what I may know from the past. Either we want to change the past or live there, the present moment will always be what we have total control of.

To me I like to live life of uncertainty and being certain that whatever I do at a point in time is the best possible choice I could have made at that moment

In our journey through life, we must learn from it, embrace it and allow life to flow with all its ups and downs, knowing that every moment is an opportunity to learn; and grow.

And although sometimes it can seem hopeless and endless, it is an opportunity to evolve as human beings.
