I sleep 6 to 8 hours a day but I only started doing this when my blood pressure starting going up. For like 3 months I slept 4 hours at night, sometimes less than that.
For you, I think you're on a good streak, and hopefully nothing disrupts it. I eat quite late in the night, bad habit, but I mostly have a lot to do during the day.

Yeah I'm usually able to get 7-8 on most days. The days where I get less are indeed rough haha.
