First of all David, I want to say thanks so much for joining me on this squatschallenge. It's a massive vote of confidence to come across like minded people on Hive who feel passionate enough to do something so worthwhile together.
I think as we progress during the month, our bodies will feel a lot more comfortable with the squats. You certainly seem to be loving it, smashing your record everyday, that's absolutely great work.
Now there's only three more weeks to do, and I'm confident that all of us on this challenge will come out stronger 💪

Yep, I have thought about how this exercise is very beneficial to us as well. I've waited too long in my life to return to exercise. I may keep some squats in my life even after this month.
