Actually I use the 80/20 Pareto principle, where 20% of my projects bring 80% of the profits. So, when need arise, I just stop doing the rest of 80%, starting again with some that I like, even if they are not profitable, when I got extra time.

What happens if you focus? Perhaps the needs change too?
It is more about time management than focus. With a full time job and crypto related stuff, and keeping the human connections alive (visiting nephews and nieces), not much time is left. Add the daily walk and a trip to cinema/pub a week, and we are quite limited (by time).
