Unfortunately not, I live (at least for a few more months) in China. If I reported it, nothing would happen - it's normal.
However, I imagine it'll be bad for our school's reputation if the US took any action against our school whose students go to the US, which I hope they do.
But the US is entirely in on the game, taking as much wealth as possible, so I don't see why they would want to stop it.
It's all about those wallets.

In the UK, many of the Universities have straight up admitted they would just shut down without foreign student money. They are entirely dependent on it. So they just don't fail 'em. Let 'em come, take the money, give 'em a bit of paper 4 years later, whether or not they even attended!
