Your journey to HIVE sounds similar to mine. Mine was following a FB friend to STEEM, back in the day. Like you, it took some time before starting to post. You might find, like me, that HIVE can change you for the better. There was an opening up which took place through the course of blogging. The fork from STEEM hit me hard and my reaction was to power down and became inactive. However, when introducing a new irl friend to crypto and showing him HIVE, the community's charm came back to me leading to me topping up my account a bit and have becoming active again. Will be following your HIVE path with interest!

I am still learning how the system works. I have also had a hard time finding my place in Hive, finding those communities where I feel comfortable. In all this time I have felt and still feel very accompanied. I continue to publish little due to lack of time, but I have made a commitment to publish once a week and I am fulfilling it. And with each post I upload and with each post I comment I feel more part of Hive. I can't think of anything else to tell you but thank you very much for the comment. Sharing your experience is very valuable to me.
Best regards @novacadian
