Sometimes, we have the mentality that 'We alone can solve our problems in life.' We think too highly of ourselves, believing that we don't need the opinions of others.
When you're struggling, ask for help. Despite the challenges in the world today, there are still many people who can give you sound advice and support you in overcoming the pain.

It's also important to surround yourself with good people who have good values in life. If those in your current circle have the wrong values and morals, they are likely to give you the wrong advice.
Always share your problems with God. While He may not directly answer our problems, He knows how to navigate our lives. He might send someone to help us or show us the way to fix our lives.
God often answers us, but the problem is that we are reluctant to try the ways or solutions He provides.
Keep our hearts and minds open, and believe that as long as there's life, there's hope.

Minsan kasi, may mentality tayo na "Tayo lang ang makaka Solve ng Problems natin sa buhay" Masyado mataas ang tingin natin sa sarili natin na hindi na natin kailangan ang opinyon ng iba.

Lagi din natin i share kay God ang problems natin, Si God, hindi man direktang sumagot sa problems natin ay alam nya kung papaano papaga angin yung buhay natin. Posibleng magpadala sya ng tao na makakatulong sa atin or ipakita nya sa atin ang way kung paano natin ma aayos ang buhay natin.
Madalas naman sinasagot talaga tayo ni God, ang problema lang, ayaw nating i try yung way or solution na ibinibigay nya.
Buksan natin ang puso at isip natin palagi at maniwala na habang may buhay ay may pag asa.
