I have had this ideology that life is quite unfair, let’s take this instance, certain citizens of certain countries are limited on the countries they could visit with or without a visa, we talk about a global world, yet are limited in exploration, we echo freedom of speech, yet have limitations on our truth, Let's imagine freedom as a concept with form for its expression.

We are in a situation where its mostly about survival, the fittest, and influential conquer. A society where people in power abuse it, striving for self-aggrandizement instead of selfless service.
We live by rules proposed to benefit the few with power, the few make laws that suit them and exploit the masses. No strong institution for check and balances.
The gap between the poor and the rich is enormous, where been born to privilege as against being with born with nothing is slavery in a reformed way.

I had envisioned myself to be self-independent quite early, ooh and I did push and strive towards this goal, alas my current state, has made it increasingly difficult, considering my earnings, 5 years ago maybe, I will be above comfortable with this earning but woo. No day that passes by without me doubting if things will ever sway to my good.
I have envisioned myself to be settled at an early age, not that I didn’t work towards this goal, but the situation I have found my self has made it even more difficult, at the rate of my earnings, 5 years ago, I will be above comfortable. But there is no day that passes by without me thinking to myself if things will really become great.
I dream of equal opportunities, I dream of full employment, where it’s a person’s choice to stay unemployed and not because of the economic situation.
There is a lot of gaps in our society, we are told to work hard and be innovative, yet we are limited with our innovations. The government should for a complete service to humanity, making things better for everyone not for a selected few. I get the economics of for one to be better off, another has to be worst off, but shouldn’t there be a limit to all these, a lot of the wealthy in my community are people who had better opportunities, who were handed a started package and not people who strived from ground zero to the top, ask a wealthy business man today about the history of his wealth, he will tell you that he was giving an amount for capital or he had something at least that lifted him to where he is. Few will say it’s from nothing and they struggle to where they are, and might won’t be completely honest with their answers.
We live in the side world where it is not mostly about the quality of your knowledge or skill, but the quality of your influence (man know man), it is easier to get a job for instance by influence, both in the private and the public sector then getting a job by merit, this ideology has kept a lot of people lazy since hard work doesn’t pay as much.
You hear of countries subsidizing living for their citizens, they give them palliatives in cases of some disaster but in some part of the world, you hear stories of politicians who will hoard palliative items meant for the public for their personal use, you will just have to know someone to benefit in nearly everything and the other few times will from pure luck.

I believe the idea of a better world, I believed that things can only get better, but with the things I have seen and come to believe growing up, it will take a lot of conscious effort to make the world a better place.
