To me, just taking the time to spend with her, encouraging her to spend way more time doing "none screen" tasks is a plus, but I also agree, having tech skills is a must today. The problem is educating kids on how to use technology, not the way around.
My approach if I could come back in time, would be showing and teaching tech to my kid together. Once they are old enough, if they still do not depend too much on tech, they can see the pros and cons, especially if you acompany them discovering the tech world.
Learning and maintaining analog skills is a must to me, but learning to use all tech around us and the dangers it can bring is also a must for the present and coming years
