It is not my first time to hear about rigged educational institutions. It's common here in the Philippines. Sometimes I wonder what quality education is if we can just buy our grades. I know some are seeing college as a gateway for securing job after. Most don't take it seriously because they're after the diploma. It's disheartening to see how little value some place on learning.
No surprise it's happening there too. I'm not sure if I'm more annoyed at these countries for their corruption, or the corrupt countries receiving them, knowing full well they don't deserve it but come with a big paycheck (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc).
And then we wonder why everything is in decline -__-
