In university garden I sit for sometimes to think about my day where my mind gets loaded with thoughts and past also pops up in my mind. That think which bothers me the most is the thoughts related to people. Infront of people I will be happy but in solitude I am quite quiet. There is calm in that solitude.
That's a nice place to find a calm moment, and even better if you're able to release those thoughts that pop into your mind...it takes practice and focus.
