RE: Coffee drinking and acorn thinking

I don't drink coffee much but whenever I drink tea or coffee I have this habit of overthinking. Sometimes overthinking get entangled with the thinking of surroundings. I even love to notice the surrounding's movement. Hearing the voices, seeing the skies and birds and gossiping in my own mind.

I just wrote a post about overthinking actually, it'll get published later.

Noticing what is around us, observation, is a good way to gather information that we can evaluate and discard or use to carry us forward. There are lessons all around us if we care to look, even in our own actions.
