Outside of practices and training sessions, do you do anything else for yourself to stay in shape?

Yeah - the pain is less than it was, but still "noticeable" all the time.

I haven't been back to training for some time (did talk to the sifu recently, he's meant to send paperwork but hasn't yet probably because I know they do a lot of performances around Lunar New Year, and am unlikely to follow up anytime soon as while I can still afford it some other stuff came up and it would be easier not to have additional outgo right now -_-). Term just started so I'll be back to "strength training" (throwing kids and gym equipment around) soon XD For myself I've been doing a stretching set I call "wakeup stretchies" daily (or at least I try, some mornings don't happen), that's about all I can fit in for myself now. It only has a name because I refined it a lot (mostly by adding a lot more yoga poses) so I could use it as a comprehensive stretching set for my comp group (it does pretty much the entire body but not enough tendons/ligaments, which is what the "tai chi but gymnastics" set is for XD).

Hopefully that doesn't stick coz chronic pain sucks :S
