I love flying, although the experience has become very lackluster in the last twenty years. I agree with you one the seats, they aren't exactly comfortable and don't exactly fit the average American unless our five foot four and one hundred and twenty pounds. I'm six foot four so the seats have never been great for me, even in business class. Although business/first class is night and day compared to the sardine can in coach, but the cost is ridiculous.
Air travel isn't what it once was and never will be again I suspect unless you can afford to fly by private jet. That's not happening on my budget anytime soon...
Oh man, I can't even imagine being that tall. I'm 5'10" and I know how horrible it is. I guess your only saving grace would be if your length was in your torso not your legs. I won't pretend I'm skinny, but I feel like those seats aren't even close to comfortable unless you are sub 100 pounds.
I'm not the fit guy I used to be at 225 lbs back in my athletic days, so those seats just plain suck... At my height long legs are inevitable, that's why I call coach the sardine can!
