I haven't been in bed by eight since I was about six years old.
There were times when I was physically tired and had to wake up early and I went to bed at 8 o'clock. Other than that, I went to bed early on a day when I was very sad. It worked.
It is said that for a healthy life, you need to sleep early and wake up early. Like our primitive ancestors.
I read that very intelligent people sleep late. They are usually late for work because they sleep late :)
This makes sense too. When very sad, sleep is a way to avoid it and perhaps change the mood.
Or idiots like me with nothing better to do! :D
