It's hard for me to ask for help, but if I have to receive it, I do.

None of can know everything I guess, that couple I mention have no experience with buying property here in Australia so it's no surprise that they wanted help. We covered a lot of ground and they know more than they did before.
It's good that you provide help to others and accept help when required.
