This is our only chance. Every day we are confronted with situations which, many of them, we don't like or which don't meet our expectations.
We make judgments about the results we should have, in accordance with our actions. But that's not how it works. We don't definitively determine how we will be approached. Of course, if we have a candid attitude, the likelihood of receiving better things in return increases. But it's not a business relationship.
Our only choice is whether the experiences we have throughout our lives make us more bitter or better!

Even an experience that doesn't seem to have been positive for us can be seen in a way that allows us to gain something personally. We may even have been wronged, or offended, but if in the end we manage to learn a lesson, not everything has been lost, least of all the time and worry that episode brought us.
Receiving bad news is something few of us are prepared for. And even if we are prepared, we always hope that something will reverse the situation. But what we can do is, when we feel an enormous urge inside us to respond according to our standards of education or expectations, take a breath? Breathe in 3 seconds... inhale for another half a second... and then exhale gently for more than 5 seconds. The effect is immediate. And you will notice a greater inner calm, and a control that is certainly much greater than you would expect for that situation.
Remember that we can't change the actions that others do or take towards us, but we can change the way we react to those actions, and the way we manage to learn something from them.
If only to understand our surroundings a little better.
I wish tomorrow to be a little better than today and no more bitter.
Cheers🍀
