Hello everyone! I am new to this community. I joined here because of the different story that is worth reading at the same time reflecting.
Today, I am going to share with a reflection of my day. It's a rainy day and we have an upcoming event that needs to be taken care of. So despite of the rain we need to go somewhere to buy the needed things. Along our way, by the way we took a public utility vehicle (mini bus) there were a lot of familiar faces. They live near from our neighborhood, we're just familiar with the faces but we never had conversation. But that day, it's like we were close, greeting each other with a big smiles in our faces. That scenario made me realized that when you are in a place full of strangers you find comfort to the people you are familiar with. Could it be God's way of saying you are not alone? Or a reminder to socialize in your neighborhood?
When we arrived at our destination, we do some errand. We went to LBC to send important documents. I read their tag line "Delivering Smiles All Around the World". Their taglines made me think that yes it's true. Whenever a person received a parcel or a delivery the smiles in their faces shows. There are a lot of small things that when we look really into it brings a message.
Our next stop is a flower shop which was our main reason on that day. Looking at the flowers despite of the rainy day feels like summer. The smell of the flowers, the colors, the arrangements excite us and made us happy. Which made me realized that even small things can make us happy. Yes, just like those flowers even if we are buying it for the event feels like buying it for ourselves
That day also is a manifestation that if you want it no excuse or excuses can stop you. Even it was pouring so hard yet we do not stop. That day was just like our life and the rain represents our problems. That whatever the problem is do not forget to move forward. Problems are already there but your choice if you’re going to let that problem stop you from winning in life, from living your life to the fullest, from depriving yourself to live and enjoy the so called “present”. !
In this world, we are living our life just once now the choice is yours if are you going to live it the way you wanted? or let the circumstances directs you? Choice plays a vital role in our lives and making the right choice is the challenge. Why our choices fail? What could be the reason behind it? And I think there is no generic answer to these questions because there are a lot of factors to consider. Like your values, example I give importance to time might be this matters to me and not to yours. Choices relies to the matters that are important to us. Formulate a strong foundation of values to make a right choices that is fulfilling and satisfying to you. Just like our chosen set of flowers, we value on giving happiness to whoever will be receiving it and yeah they are really happy about it even the audience were happy by looking at them receiving those flowers.
