Mi nombre es Nesrely Rodríguez, un saludo a toda la comunidad y a los lectores, soy Venezolana e Ingeniera Industrial, tengo una hija de 6 años que es mi motor y me impulsa a reinventarme cada día. Además de trabajar en una empresa hago unas Ricas Marquesas para consentir a mi niña, seres queridos y tener un ingreso extra ya que me ha tocado salir adelante sola con mi pequeña.

Para los que buscan una explosión de sabores en su boca les tengo los mix, Fresa-chocolate (en la parte de abajo rica crema de fresa con leche, en el medio una mermelada de fresa y encima chocolate... Ummm …. Eso sin contar los topping, que puedes usar el de tu preferencia), también tenemos parchita-chocolate (para los amantes del cítrico, consta de chocolate en la parte de abajo y una crema de parchita con leche arriba, decorada con mermelada de parchita y su pulpa) y para ustedes el paso a paso de una deliciosa marquesa de chocolate.

Les dejo paso a paso de la preparación de las marquesas de chocolate:

Ingredientes: 1 docena de marquesas triangulares.

• 100 gr de cacao en polvo.
• 100 gr de mantequilla.
• 2 huevos.
• 200gr de leche en polvo.
• 500 gr de azúcar.
• 2 paquetes galletas María.
• 1 cucharada de vainilla.
• 50gr de fécula de maíz

Adicional debes tener el topping de tu preferencia, oreos trituradas, maní, chispas de chocolates y una docena de envases triangulares para colocarlas.

Modo de preparación

Incorpora todos los ingredientes en un tazón y mezcla hasta que homogenice, todavía no agregué la fécula de maíz. Llevar al fuego hasta que hierva, disuelva la fécula de maíz en 100ml de agua y una vez que el chocolate esté hirviendo Colocarle la fécula de maíz, remover hasta que espese y dejar reposar. Es importante que controlen el fuego para que no se Les queme y no dejar de remover.
Para armar tu marquesa comienza colocando en un envase triangular una capa de la mezcla de chocolate, luego una de galleta María y así hasta tener tres capas de galletas y la superior sea chocolate, decore con topping a su gusto.
