The one that you encircled on the left side that is missing comapred to the post is a different feature called Collection Sets. You may read more about it here.
Just a clarification on using the Duplicates filter, it helps you filter (or filter out) duplicate cards. So for example in the collection of your galbastiann account, if you tick the Duplicates: Top filter -- it will only show the Highest BCX copy of the cards. You may check it closely by looking at your Djinn Biljkas!
