What was the biggest catalyst at helping your skin as far as LOA and products goes? What thoughts/feelings/beliefs did you end up creating for that to happen?

@ryzeonline was the catalyst. His love, support, and teachings. I was devastated about my breakout until he reminded me that I have total control over my skin, my beliefs, my energy, and the products I use too. His help is super valuable and because of him I was able to heal myself. Jay taught me how to raise my energy. The more I raised it, the more positivity I felt about myself and my skin the happier I got about it. I just reminded myself over and over that my body heals myself, I've healed myself in the past (I've healed my RA, fibromyalgia, anxiety, depression, and addiction, weight loss, wrinkles etc etc etc) and anything I've done before I can do again, permanently. Again, it was all of Jay's teachings. Without him, I wouldn't have been able to be better or transform anything.

and yes every girl needs a slut bimbo role model hehe. I love Nicki Minaj too! She's a beautiful barbie that I adore.

It's so weird, but I literally lost 25 pounds just by raising my vibration. I am sort of a follower of A-Hicks and N-Goddard at the same time. I think there is value in vibrational thinking, and I also think there is value in "living in the end" and "EIYPO" thinking.

I like to use both, and it suits me for now. I think working out at the gym is important, but only if you think it is. I literally LOST 25 pounds after I simply raised vibration on a daily basis, religiously, for 3 months. It fell off. I did not work out. I did not change my diet. I did not eat less. I did not think about weight. Or body. Or read up on it. It just fell off. It wasn't even the reason I did the exercise. It just happened.

I think you could have a similar experience. But only if it's not the focus. And that's hard to do.

That's amazing! I lost 100 lbs basically doing the same and some yoga too. Then I got stuck. I'm about halfway to my goal now and find that working out regularly raises my vibration on it so it's getting better. I changed my diet more for my skin than for losing weight though.

and as for vibrational thinking...Jay and I have done a lot of energy work. He's taught me to raise my vibe and it's helped sooooo much. It's how I manifested expensive skincare items that I talk about here in this article... This Is What Happens When Two Workaholics Take A Day Off. It's been a game-changer for me.
