I spent about a week on a small little island in Belize called Caye Caulker. Literally, the island is 2 miles long and like two football fields wide. A hurricane about a decade ago also split the little island in half, making it even smaller than it is. Still, people manage to eke out a living in the make do with their tiny little paradise.
