The Milky Way in Shira Camp 2 at Kilimanjaro
This was one of the more pleasant hikes in the 8 Day Lemosho Route. The whole trek was grueling and you'll need all 8 days to get you in tip-top shape to tackle Uhuru Peak on the 7th day. Summit success rate varies but roughly 35% of the people who try to summit the mountain don't make it. Now I understand why, summiting on the 7th day took all efforts with the help of our guides to make it to Uhuru Peak.| Category | Travel |
