Oyster Mushrooms
These are the amazing mushrooms that I could almost cook everyday. With simple ingredients such as Teriyaki Sauce, you can unfold the true characteristics of this variety, taste wise. They are so delish that you would think it´s a meat. Fact is, I will be on the road tomorrow and surely an opportunity to be able to get a bunch of these mushroom. Good day everyone!!!

Oh I see, I am luckier then about the prices here, am glad we have the turkish shop where I get them at around 4.20 USD a kilo. Cheer up, I know you love this variety, but you can splurge once in a while.

This rainy season here in PH, we usually have mushrooms from the backyard wrapped in a banana leaves and have it grilled with just a vinegar chilli sauce for a dip😊

Maybe you can, but you have to be careful you might harvest a poisonous one.
