I escaped,
And I ran away from the turbulent waters, from the chaos in the city, from the negative energies, from all evil.

I ran away aimlessly, looking for my tranquility, my peace. Seeking to be happy with the little I have but always thinking of the great things I will achieve.

I escaped from falsehoods, from prejudices and from the effort to satisfy the needs of others.

I escaped one morning in April, the month of daisies, colors, youth and joy.

And for a moment I didn't care about many things.

I ran away to be happy,

and happy I was.

Y me alejé de las aguas turbulentas, del caos en la ciudad, de las energías negativas, de todo mal.

Me escapé sin rumbo, buscando mi tranquilidad, mi paz. Buscando ser feliz con lo poco que tengo pero siempre pensando en las grandes cosas que lograré.

Me escapé de las falsedad, de los prejuicios y del empeño en satisfacer las necesidades de los demás.

Me escapé una mañana de abril, el mes de las margaritas, de los colores, de la juventud y de la alegría.

Y por un momento me importaron poco muchas cosas.

Me escapé para ser feliz,

y vaya que lo fuí.
