Little by little, I am starting to sort out photos from a dive safari in the north of the Red Sea. Ah, this underwater life! Only a month has passed since we returned from there, and I already miss the salt water, the feeling of almost weightlessness, unusual views and bright underwater inhabitants.
During this trip, I finally tried underwater strobe lights instead of flashlights. In general, I am satisfied, but I have not yet figured out everything and there are enough difficulties.
In this photo of a yellowbar angelfish (also called half-moon angelfish), you can clearly see the difference between the well-lit corals and the area where the light did not reach (upper left corner). With bright light, colors immediately appear that were not visible deep underwater — the deeper, the less color is visible without additional lighting.
It's better to watch the photo in high resolution.

This is amazing. The colors of the fish and the coral, just beautiful
Magic of light under water :) Thank you!
Hey mate! Long time no see. I noticed you were missing for a considerable time, but it's good to see you back :)
Nice shot right there. Amazing work as always!
Hey! Yes, lately I rarely write posts, but from time to time I try to get back in line :)
