I baked a nice loaf of bread today.
I used two cups of white flour (no wholemeal flour this time), a cup of water, and some dry yeast and salt.
The end result is perhaps the best loaf of bread that I have baked at home so far.
It must have something to do with the fact that white flour dough rises more than wholemeal flour.
When I took it out of the oven and put it on the grill to let it cool down, I thought that it would be a good idea to take a photo of it and post on the Picture A Day community on Hive.
