I haven't watched it yet but I will recommend it because it's the lecture that is next on my playlist to watch! About mental balance and psychological health! It's important to keep your sanity up to date! Lol ... we are often shaken by problems in life, work, health and relationships that can compromise mental health! So always be prepared to take a smack every now and then!
