In Bloom in Missouri

My Virginia Bluebells (Mertensia virginica) are in their full glory at the moment in my shadiest garden to the side of my house.

I love them in combination with the Celandine Poppies (Stylophorum diphyllum):

Also in bloom currently is Jacob's Ladder (Polemonium reptans):

Also, I am thrilled to have my serviceberry tree (Amelanchier canadensis) blooming for the first time since planting a few years back:

Last, but certainly not least, the Redbud trees (Cercis canadensis) are fully flowered. This particular specimen is a volunteer that popped up over the grave of our beloved dog.
