On this occasion I would like to share about a fruit that is famous for its spicy flavor. This fruit in our area is known as Cabai Hijau or in English Green Chili. When I took a walk in my friend's plantation, I saw the harvest of the plantation.

Green chili is the fruit of a plant member of the genus Capsicum. Usually this fruit is used as a spice or vegetable. In Southeast Asia, chili is very much made into a spice because of its spicy taste so it is very suitable for flavor enhancers for food. Chili in general has many types, one of which is Green Chili. Some people will think this fruit will give side effects to the stomach. But for spicy chili lovers, chili has its own place for them and will benefit health when consuming it properly and appropriately.

The benefits it produces come from the nutritional content in it. Some of the nutrients are like : Vitamins A, B, B1, B2, B3, B6, C, E, K, P, Fiber, Magnesium, Potassium, Iron, Capsicum, Stimulant, Calcium, Carbohydrate, Protein, Phosphorus, Sodium, Copper, Zinc, B-Corate, Ash, Water and many more.

From the various nutrients in Green Chili, this Chili is very good for body health such as supporting the immune system, maintaining blood sugar levels, good for digestion, reducing oxidative damage, good for heart health, helping overcome mood swings, helping cure colds, reducing the risk of osteoporosis, good for healthy hair and skin, losing weight, maintaining eye health, maintaining healthy bones and teeth, maintaining respiratory health, preventing infection, reducing inflammation, being anti-cancer, epileptic, and antioxidant and maybe many more.
