Calming nature " Letting Peace Flow In...

in WE ARE MOVING6 months ago (edited)

There is always a great calm that comes with permitting the peace of nature to find a way into one’s life.

Getting surrounded by nature such as a forest, a beach, or a meadow is a way of escaping the noise and stress of life at the moment.

The sound of leaves sibilating, the calm water lovey nature, the birds whistling or singing harmoniously produces melodies that naturally soothe the mind and refresh the soul.

Outdoor time clarify the mind and invoke continual conscious attention to the points which are in front of us. Just as observing nature , or the touch of the trees’ bark can be as powerful as a mantra, invoking a deep and inner calm in ones self.

It is in such a setting that we denote a sense of belonging to nature that not only improves our psychological health, but also our physical health.

Research has revealed that people who spend time in natural environments experience a decrease in blood pressure and stress hormones as well as an increase in the activity of the immune system.

In relation to the freshness of life, Nature has a way of bringing out the freshness of life and within us. This is so due to the air which is usually fresh mostly due to the vigorous colors seen and noises made by various animals.

It is something that makes the mind and spirit happy, puts me in the same state of love and appreciation of the existence of life as the tenderness of nature.

It is recommended by nature to contemplate and unify ourselves for we are all naturally one but just separated physically.

Thus, we are embracing the calm, which is a great key for practical work in the complex world of interpersonal relations. If one can open oneself to the natural peace that is available, one finds an eternal source of restoration.
