Monday starts with a slow little bang, as #monochromemonday thoughts run through my head. Keeping it together, while looking ahead. There are days where I'd rather be bedded, next to my book, with dog-eared pages, a bit tore, but no matter. Retrieved from a bin. Free. Let's get together and show off our mono today.
Turn around and around, spinning like a top, go slow, and enjoy the feeling. Being outside, nature at my feet always gives me a sense of overall wellbeing. It promotes a healthier lifestyle and fosters a natural connection to living things, one of the reasons that I love to walk.
There are all sorts of new colors popping up everywhere. The grass has been allowed to grow wild and free while the flowers put out their blooms. Eventually, they will manicure it to a more tame look. I kind of like it a little on the wild side, for a time. The difference between the State Park looks and the Estate look. But, I do like order at my house, so give it my time a train its growth. Which do you prefer, State Park or Estate look?
Walking around the pond isn't very far, but, it will give me a mile. Enough to take in the beauty of the day and short enough to fit in my busy morning. I look around me and the artistry of the scene washes over me, to have this view every single day, I know that I am blessed. It's not so much the neighborhood, but, the feeling I get as I am walking through life. The view. My view. And I love how it makes me feel.

My view of the Civil War Battlefield as I take a quick run around the periphery. It is peace and quiet all around, my favorite time of the day. I take a deep breath and enjoy the moment.

Showing signs of warming up here most days inthe next week should be high 60s maybe even hit 70 once nice weather for gettign out and walking

Beats me. I pretty much just post here now. I was posting daily on Instagram but I stopped. I was also doing noise.cash but I stopped there too...
I actually stopped Instagram a long time ago, but, still have an account. Ditto Twitter. I only want one place to post and honestly, this is the best to me.
Your monochrome photos are remind some kind of old photos or nostalgia, the site of pond is very pleasure to me for spending time there, nature small part of beauty always attract me, have a nice day with your photography.
They remind me of old time photos too. On top of that, black and white show off a photo at an advantage, no color to distract you.
A lot of things in the world that we can consider ourselves lucky. A monochromatic feeling where we miss the old days and wanted to feel it again.

I am so glad to hear that! With things turning to dismal again, we do miss what once was - something that we could not fully appreciate. I long for the good old days and I make promises to the Lord about never taking it for granted again.
