Мои прогулки большей частью ограничиваются походом до магазина в обеденный перерыв. Но иногда мне удаётся заставить себя в выходной выйти прогуляться по лесу, который у меня буквально через дорогу.	My walks are mostly limited to walking to the store at lunchtime. But sometimes I manage to force myself to go out for a walk in the forest, which is literally across the road from me.
Я не забываю взять с собой фотоаппарат. Вот таким я увидела наш лес 7 января, когда солнце начало уже садиться.	I don't forget to take my camera with me. This is how I saw our forest on January 7, when the sun began to set.

Зима в этот раз очень снежная. Сойти с тропинки нельзя, сразу утонешь в сугробах.	Winter this time is very snowy. You can’t get off the path, you will immediately drown in snowdrifts.
Солнце освещает макушки деревьев.	The sun illuminates the tops of the trees.

Иногда на тропинке солнце мелькало в просвете.

Sometimes on the path the sun flickered in the gap.

На стволе дерева снег улегся причудливыми волнами.

On the trunk of a tree, the snow settled in bizarre waves.

Сугробы насыпало не только на земле, но и на поваленные деревья.

Snowdrifts poured not only on the ground, but also on fallen trees.

С тонких веток снег сдувает, но отдельные снежки задерживаются на ветках, получаются такие смешные шарики.

Snow blows off thin branches, but individual snowballs linger on the branches, resulting in such funny balls.

Макушки высоких берез розовеют на закатном солнце.

The tops of tall birches turn pink in the setting sun.

Пройдя по боковой тропинке, я приближаюсь к опушке леса. Здесь солнцу удается уже оставить отблески на снегу.

Following the side path, I approach the edge of the forest. Here the sun leaves reflections on the snow.

Впереди большая поляна.

There is a large field ahead.

Сугробы лежат красивыми волнами. Над деревьями видно молодой месяц.

Snowdrifts lie in beautiful waves. A young moon is visible above the trees.

Опушка из берез очень красиво освещается низким солнцем.

The birches on the edge is very beautifully illuminated by the low sun.

Засохший цветок на фоне неба. Как будто какие-то пауки и жуки застыли, протягивая к небу лапки.

Withered flower against the sky. As if some spiders and beetles froze, stretching their paws to the sky.

Солнце всё ниже. Березы стали оранжевыми. Особенно красиво на фоне ясного голубого неба.

The sun is getting lower. The birches have turned orange. Especially beautiful against the background of a clear blue sky.

Я повернула домой. Солнце в просвете уже другого более оранжевого цвета.

I turned to back to home. The sun in the gap is already a different, more orange color.

На кустах перед дорогой напоминание о недавнем праздновании Нового года.

On the bushes in front of the road, a reminder of the recent celebration of the New Year.
