I guess by study and research, as many very poisonous mushrooms are very similar to edible ones.
One user here and a family member in FB said that it appeared to be Reishi. The User here said:

You can powder them and make tea or tincture with them for health benefits like lowering blood pressure and they have antitumor/cancer compounds in them.
