Finally, I did my grounding. This is my first time this year, since the weather has not been very warm and just have been too busy, I didn't really had a chance to do any grounding, until now.
After doing my first grounging this year, I loved it so much that and I really realized how much I have missed it.
Now, almost everytime I go for walk, I need to do some grounding because it just feels so good and then I don't want to put my shoes back on.
After doing my grounding (walking bare feet) for 20 minutes, I also did some grounding by laying on the grass and getting some more Vitamin D, looking at the gorgeous blue sky and Weeping Willow trees, which are my favorite trees because they look so calm and so beautiful.
I probably would have started grounding earlier, but Jordan ( my son ) who was my walking and grounding partner has moved to El Salvador 10 months ago, so I have no one to motivate me to do it.
I miss him so much and it's just not the same without him. I thought that over time it will get easier, but it's still super hard.
I didn't really feel like sitting in the shade of these gorgeous trees, today, but I really love just sitting under these trees, when it's a super hot day.
It's a perfect place for relaxing or reading a book. This was one of Jordan and my favorite place to relax.
I have felt a huge jump in my energy levels, and in the last few days, right after doing my first grounding. I am not 100% sure it it's the grounding alone that did it, because I haven't changed anything else in my daily life, but maybe after not doing grounding for 6-8 months, and then starting grounding few days in a row, might have something to do with it, since
by doing grounding, you reconnect to earths energy.
Thank you for visiting my post. Wish you a wonderful day.

amazing project that I would suggest for everyone in this hive community to check it out and support it and by doing it we are helping people in need who are trying to keep their kids safe from being taken away (kidnapped) by the Social Services. Here is the link Click hereI am a great supporter of @familyprotection which is working very hard to help the families stay together and this project is the most
